Abstract
The goal of this event is to present the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, Industrial Liaison Program, MIT Startup Exchange, and MIT Global Education & Career Development to LIDS and IDSS students. The information session will focus on how LIDS students can engage with industry. With that in mind, some of the topics to be addressed are:
- Description of the office and its programs
- How the office works with industry / startups
- How LIDS students can engage
- Examples of success histories
- Advice on what skills programs and/or industry are looking for
- How to contact each office
During the Q&A session, we are going to have tables for each office to display folders or pamphlets. We will be having a small reception after the information session.
