We are pleased to share that LIDS professors Luca Carlone and Eytan Modiano received spring 2022 educator awards from MIT's Student Chapter of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA)!
Luca received the Excellence in Undergraduate Advising Award, which is given to a faculty member that has made a significant impact on a student's journey by making themselves available, providing in-depth guidance, and inspiring their students to pursue their goals.
Eytan received the Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award, which is given to a faculty member that can convey their knowledge effectively while inspiring students through their teaching and providing students with the opportunity for deeper understanding by creating an effective educational environment within the classroom.
